Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Loyalty Card watch app and companion website, operated by [CONTROLLER LEGAL NAME] ([JURISDICTION, e.g. Hungary (EU)]). By creating an account or installing the app you agree to them.

The service

Loyalty Card lets you store loyalty-card barcodes on the companion website and display them on a paired Garmin watch. You are responsible for the accuracy of the card data you add and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Purchase and licence

The app is a paid one-time purchase through the Garmin Connect IQ Store. Payment is processed by Garmin and its payment provider, subject to their terms. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Refunds are handled per the Connect IQ Store's refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store data you have no right to store.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload, or circumvent the service's security or rate limits.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the service.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own record of important loyalty numbers; we are not responsible for a retailer declining a barcode shown on the watch.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Account termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law
